The digitization project of the Elbasan Public Library "Qemal Baholli," initiated by the Albanian Canadian Development Alternative, aims to enhance the digital presence in the city of Elbasan, Albania. This project seeks to create an advanced digital platform encompassing a wide range of valuable literary and cultural materials from the library. Through this initiative, the project aims to serve as a rich source of knowledge and culture for the local audience as well as for Albanians in the diaspora.
