Memorandum of Understanding between ACDA and the City of Elbasan, Albania.

On August 18, 2022 in Elbasan, Albania, the Chair of ACDA Ms. Laureta Vavla, and the Mayor of Elbasan Mr. Gledian Llatja signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation.

The Memorandum sets the path towards a partnership and commitment from both parties to engage in projects in the areas of development, education, sports, heritage preservation, and heritage tourism by:

– Drafting and implementation of projects

– Organizing joint activities;

– Encouraging innovation and supporting youth initiatives.

– Creating relations between the City of Elbasan and similar municipalities in Canada etc.

This memorandum will soon be followed by projects in the areas mentioned.
